In-Class Annotation Activity for Master’s Candidates in Special Education

While Hypothesis works well as an assigned reading for students to engage in, I sometimes like to do brief readings in class to set the tone for the semester. During the Hypothes.is Academy we learned about sharing and having students annotate syllabi as an activity that helps them get used to using the program. To set a framework for some of my courses, such as my MA in Special Education course, I have students complete a short skim of critical reading. Below I have attached an example.
