Open the Hypothesis sidebar and click on the user icon in the top right corner. Select Account settings from the drop-down menu (Alternatively, you can go directly to https://hypothes.is/account/settings while logged in to Hypothesis):
On the Account Settings page, you can change your email address and password by clicking on the text boxes:
